We run SEPARATE male and female steam rooms, both kept clean and well maintained, so a post-workout session always feels private and unhurried. They share a 13,000 sq ft floor that holds CrossFit and functional training, free weights, plate and pin-loaded strength, cardio, an in-house healthy-kitchen cafe and Accuniq body composition analysis, with weekday Yoga and Zumba — alternating, Yoga at 8 AM on Mon, Wed and Fri and 8 PM on Tue and Thu — included in every plan. Memberships follow a simple duration ladder from about ₹1,582 a month on the annual plan, and Yoga and Zumba trials are free, so come feel the difference for yourself.
